• Enter the email and password we shared with you
• Click "Login"

Head to Profile details and check/complete your essential information.

Set your weekly schedule under Trainers so bookings land when it suits you.

• Go to Trainers → your profile → Availability
• Set your primary weekly schedule
• Add a temporary schedule if necessary, for instance when you have adjusted availability on certain periods of the year.
• Use Holidays to block off time away

Add what you offer under Services — sessions, classes, events or courses.

• Go to Services → Private services, Classes or Courses
• Select "Create Private Service" and choose a name for the service you want to offer (e.g. Personal Training) and a fitting category.
• In the service settings, you can fill in more information about the service, the VAT %, cancellation policy and booking buffer.
• In the advanced settings, you can find additional settings that might apply to your offering such as supporting credits.
• Pricing & Trainers is where you determine your prices. Create your own category here that applies to this specific service (e.g. Personal Training).
• Here you can decide on the minimum/maximum amount of people that can book this service at the same time, the price you want to charge, if you want to offer different durations, sell packages of this service and if you want to give a discount to people buying in bulk.
• Last but not least, you can decide on sending a custom message (for instance some instructions) to people booking this specific service under the "Communications" tab, which they will receive via e-mail.

Connect Mollie or Stripe under Settings to receive your payouts.

• You will be redirected to Mollie/Stripe, where you can login and give permission

Turn on two-way sync so bookings and calendar events never clash.

• Connect your Google account
• Confirm two-way sync is turned on

List any physical products or training programs you'd like to sell.

• Create a new product or program
• Add a price and description
• Publish it to your profile

Create discount codes and vouchers to attract more bookings.

• Go to Promotion → Discount codes
• Click "Create code"
• Set a code, name and discount value
• Publish it so clients can use it at checkout

Offer recurring packages so clients are billed automatically.

• Go to Services → Credit packages
• Define what's included and the price
• Set the billing frequency
• Publish it so clients can subscribe
